Whilst we endeavour to provide you with the most accurate pricing, all prices quoted on this website are subject to change.

Refund Policy

North of the Yarra will gladly refund or exchange items returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.

No refunds or exchange will be given without a North of the Yarra tax invoice/receipt.

If a student has changed subjects or changed schools, North of the Yarra will refund or exchange items up until 28th February 2007.

We will gladly refund or exchange any faulty goods.

No refunds will be given on CD’s, compact disks, memory sticks, calculators or other like items if the original packaging has been opened.

If books returned within the refund time period are not in their original sale condition, we may refund up to 70% of the purchase price.

Faulty calculators returned within their warranty period, with the tax invoice/receipt, will be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

Privacy & Security Protection

North of the Yarra is committed to protecting you privacy and all credit card details are encrypted using the THAWTE protected server site.

North of the Yarra does not rent or sell any personal information collected to third parties.

Your privacy is very important to us. You should read the information contained in this Privacy Policy. As part of the normal operation of our services we collect, use and, in some cases (by Court order), disclose information about you to third parties. Your privacy will be protected.

Our Core Privacy Principles

Our core privacy principles remain the same throughout. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. We do not give your personal information to advertisers. We use safe, secure encryption technology to protect your personal information. We only collect information which is necessary to process orders and queries. We adhere to the requirements of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), (as amended by the private sector provisions which came into effect on 21 December 2001) (the "Privacy Act"), we strive to provide a consistent set of privacy practices throughout our operations.
